How to book a Berlin tour?

Bookings - Reservations:
We accept reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. Please give some thought to your interests and preferences.

Confirmation: We send you a detailed offer; after receiving back the signed order you will receive a written confirmation from us.

Guarantee:
For tours we require credit card details as a guarantee. Fees for the transport are payable in cash or via credit card +3,5% (AMEX, VISA, MASTER). In certain cases we may ask for a deposit or advance payment.
Tour guide fees are payable in cash after the tour.

Cancellations

Cancellations from tours are subject to our reservation and cancellation policy. All regular cancellation fees will apply.
You must notify us if you need to cancel a tour; we accept cancellations in written form only. You will receive back a confirmation of the cancellation from us.

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

- more than 14 days before the tour free - no cancellation fee

- 2 days to 14 days before the tour - 50% of total tour fee

- less than 48 hours before the tour - 100% of total tour fee
